British Museum Treasures at Royal BC Museum

The Royal BC Museum in Victoria, British Columbia is hosting a greatly expanded version of Treasures: The World’s Cultures from the British Museum.

Arranged geographically and chronologically, more than 300 artifacts and works of art from the BM’s world-renowned collection, including Egyptian, Greek and Roman antiquities as well as examples of modern and contemporary art, are displayed in the RBCM’s exhibition hall. Interactive technology within the show enhances the visitor’s experience of the objects on view.

Treasures: The World’s Cultures from the British Museum runs from May 3 to September 30, 2009.
